Technology-driven cultural insights agency ThinkNow has relaunched its ConneKt proprietary audience planning and segmentation tool, promising 'multicultural research and technology on-demand' for marketers.

ThinkNow works for companies and government agencies, finding the cultural drivers that influence consumer decisions - it also runs the Hispanic online panel, which is used for its own research as well as being available as sample for third parties.
