Los paneles de investigaci\u00f3n tradicionales ya no est\u00e1n funcionando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a\u00f1os, la investigaci\u00f3n de mercado ha dependido de grandes grupos de personas previamente perfiladas, conocidos como \u201cpaneles\u201d, para generar insights a gran escala. Y aunque los paneles nos ofrecieron alcance y confiabilidad, tambi\u00e9n hicieron que la industria se acomodara, convirtiendo a las personas en puntos de datos en lugar de seres humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero el mundo ha cambiado. Las audiencias han evolucionado. Los periodos de atenci\u00f3n se han acortado. Las expectativas se han disparado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ThinkNow, creemos que es momento de replantear c\u00f3mo interactuamos con los participantes, no como panelistas, sino como personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El problema del \u201cparticipante profesional\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya sabes a qui\u00e9n nos referimos: esa persona que est\u00e1 en 15 paneles, conoce todas las respuestas correctas y solo quiere llegar r\u00e1pido al incentivo. Eso implica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Relevancia contextual<\/strong>: Encuestas que reflejen las experiencias de vida, los idiomas y las realidades culturales de las personas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Confianza como punto de partida<\/strong>: Especialmente con audiencias multiculturales, la participaci\u00f3n comienza con la confianza, no con un enlace a una encuesta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dise\u00f1o centrado en las personas y adaptado al m\u00f3vil<\/strong>: Estamos en 2025 \u2014 basta de dise\u00f1ar encuestas como si estuvi\u00e9ramos en 2009. Los participantes esperan experiencias intuitivas y optimizadas para dispositivos m\u00f3viles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valorar el aporte, no solo el tiempo<\/strong>: Los incentivos deben sentirse justos y respetuosos, no como un trueque por opiniones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De paneles a comunidades<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo de muestra online en ThinkNow est\u00e1 construyendo algo m\u00e1s que paneles.
