Incluso, 19% de los encuestados proyectaba que para 2021, el E-commerce representar\u00eda m\u00e1s del 30% de sus ventas totales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien la tecnolog\u00eda se ha vuelto mucho m\u00e1s accesible y las plataformas de compra en l\u00ednea ofrecen m\u00e1s variedad y representan una conveniencia para muchos, el panorama a\u00fan dista de ser la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n.<br>Por ello ThinkNow realiz\u00f3 una encuesta cuantitativa representativa a nivel nacional, con el objetivo de entender el panorama del comercio electr\u00f3nico en M\u00e9xico a trav\u00e9s de g\u00e9nero, nivel socioecon\u00f3mico y edad. Esta encuesta proporcion\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n valiosa desde las aplicaciones m\u00e1s usadas, el impacto de las rese\u00f1as, las compras navide\u00f1as, as\u00ed como las expectativas de gasto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thinknow.com\/es\/reportes\/e-commerce-en-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Da click aqu\u00ed<\/a> para descargar el reporte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>H\u00e1bitos de Compra<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La tendencia de las compras en l\u00ednea sigue tomando fuerza, principalmente entre los consumidores m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes y de niveles socioecon\u00f3micos m\u00e1s altos; encontramos que tres de cada cinco mexicanos hacen compras en l\u00ednea, aunque destaca el hecho de que, la experiencia de compra a\u00fan sigue siendo una combinaci\u00f3n entre lo f\u00edsico y lo digital; las tiendas f\u00edsicas desempe\u00f1an todav\u00eda un papel importante especialmente en ciertos segmentos. Las razones de compra en tienda f\u00edsica se deben principalmente a la necesidad de poder interactuar con el producto antes de comprarlo algo que evidentemente, las plataformas digitales no pueden ofrecerle al consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La relaci\u00f3n entre el nivel socioecon\u00f3mico y la frecuencia de compras en l\u00ednea tambi\u00e9n es evidente, donde los segmentos de mayor poder adquisitivo realizan m\u00e1s transacciones digitales. Encontramos que hay una necesidad de soluciones financieras hacia los segmentos socioecon\u00f3micos bajos ya que, uno de los obst\u00e1culos para comprar en l\u00ednea es la limitaci\u00f3n que se tiene para realizar pagos electr\u00f3nicos. Cabe mencionar que las personas m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, como los Millennials y la Generaci\u00f3n Z, son quienes m\u00e1s frecuentemente realizan compras en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"highcharts-aRtRxZ3kj\"  class=\"highcharts-aRtRxZ3kj\"><script src=\"https:\/\/app.everviz.com\/inject\/aRtRxZ3kj\/\" defer=\"defer\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 Compran Y Con Qu\u00e9 Frecuencia Compran Los Mexicanos En L\u00ednea?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma en que los mexicanos realizan compras en l\u00ednea varia dependiendo donde viven y su nivel socioecon\u00f3mico. Sin embargo, encontramos que en promedio el 45% de los mexicanos compra en l\u00ednea al menos una vez por semana; los niveles socioecon\u00f3micos medio-bajos (C- y D+) son quienes compran con menor regularidad. Ahora, entre los productos que se compran en l\u00ednea destacan principalmente las compras de ropa, accesorios de cuidado personal y art\u00edculos de supermercado; lo cual nos hace la variedad en los tipos de art\u00edculos adquiridos en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Competidores Y La Conveniencia De Comprar En L\u00ednea<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento de hablar de lugares para comprar en l\u00ednea, los consumidores los usuarios utilizan diversas aplicaciones de retail, como Walmart; sin embargo, las dos plataformas principales de comercio electr\u00f3nico son Mercado Libre y Amazon. Aun cuando Temu y Shein son m\u00e1s recientes en el mercado mexicano, superan a varios competidores en cuanto a la conversi\u00f3n de conocimiento a uso de marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 ofrece el comercio electr\u00f3nico al usuario mexicano?, principalmente la conveniencia de realizar las compras sin tener que salir de casa a cualquier hora del d\u00eda. Esto es mucho m\u00e1s atractivo para las generaciones m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes aunado a que, siete de cada diez consumidores, se entera de las promociones existentes por medio del uso de apps o sitios web de las tiendas, seguido de las redes sociales y de esta forma las tiendas dan un extra al ofrecer ofertas y descuentos exclusivos en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dispositivos Y Rese\u00f1as <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Para realizar las compras en l\u00ednea, el <strong>smartphone<\/strong> se ha consolidado como el dispositivo principal para realizar compras en l\u00ednea, lo cual est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionado con la manera en que los usuarios descubren promociones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro factor que se toma en cuenta en las decisiones de compra en l\u00ednea son las <strong>rese\u00f1as y valoraciones<\/strong> de otros consumidores. Tanto los Millennials as\u00ed como la Generaci\u00f3n Z, conf\u00edan m\u00e1s en las rese\u00f1as en comparaci\u00f3n con los consumidores mayores, quienes tienden a basar sus decisiones en otros factores as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n. Otro punto es&nbsp; que la importancia de las rese\u00f1as disminuye mientras aumenta el NSE, siendo m\u00e1s importantes para los niveles NSE AB\/C+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compras Navide\u00f1as<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Encontramos que casi todos los consumidores tienen planeado realizar una compra durante la \u00e9poca decembrina, aunque no todos, lo har\u00e1n en l\u00ednea, esto principalmente para evitar las preocupaciones por los retrasos en los env\u00edos que se pudieran presentar durante una \u00e9poca que se considera
