Con estos hallazgos, las empresas Fintech pueden posiconar mejor a sus bancos, en una sociedad que se encuentra en constante cambio. Por ejemplo, algunos bancos en M\u00e9xico han optado por cconservar algunos elementos clave de su identidad para preservar la confianza y la familiaridad a pesar de sufrir cambios en su nombre. Los mensajes coherentes garantizan una percepci\u00f3n clara de la marca, fomentando, con esto, una relaci\u00f3n de confianza y lealtad a largo plazo.<br><br>Para que un banco se gane la confianza de sus clientes, debe de comunicarse de manera comprensible. Esto significa traducir la jerga financiera en t\u00e9rminos m\u00e1s claros y amigables, haciendo que las finanzas sean menos intimidantes y m\u00e1s accesibles. Adoptando nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, como los pagos con c\u00f3digo QR, presentan un desaf\u00edo importante en M\u00e9xico; a pesar de los cambios de comportamiento luego de la pandemia, los consumidores han regresado cada vez m\u00e1s a las compras f\u00edsicas, en contraste con otros mercados en donde las compras en l\u00ednea siguen aumentando.<br><br>Otras compa\u00f1\u00edas de comercio electr\u00f3nico se han destacado por sus estrategias de adaptaci\u00f3n al integrar experiencias en l\u00ednea y presenciales para de esta forma, respaldar los h\u00e1bitos de consumo existentes y de esta forma, en lugar de imponer nuevos comportamientos, se proponen soluciones que mejoren la experiencia actual del cliente.
