Esto daba a lugar a cuestionarios largos, extremadamente complejos que lo \u00fanico que lograban era que los entrevistados perdieran el inter\u00e9s de siquiera contestar, provocando una disminuci\u00f3n en la confianza hacia la Investigaci\u00f3n de Mercados, consider\u00e1ndola poco confiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha surgido un cambio positivo al darle un enfoque cualitativo y centrados m\u00e1s en el cliente. En la actualidad, los investigadores emplean m\u00e9todos nuevos como el an\u00e1lisis de las redes sociales, usando m\u00e1s las encuestas en l\u00ednea aunado con las entrevistas a profundidad para hacer m\u00e1s robusta la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos. El objetivo principal ha evolucionado hacia la compresi\u00f3n de las experiencias de los clientes y sus motivaciones de compra. Este enfoque ofrece una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda del mercado y as\u00ed, permite que las empresas tomen decisiones mejor informadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El papel de los investigadores tambi\u00e9n ha cambiado ya que, en el pasado, eran visto como los <em>tomadores de \u00f3rdenes<\/em>, ya que \u00fanicamente hac\u00edan los que los clientes les ped\u00edan.
